Sailing catamaran BALI 4.5

An oceanic catamaran with an unlimited navigation area, under the Russian flag, registered in the RMRS, has a valid radio license, and is equipped with all the necessary means of rescue, communication, navigation, control, identification and warning.

In 2023, the underwater part of the Vessel was painted with antifouling, the hull (gelcoat) and stainless steel were polished, the diesel engines were inspected, the filters on the engines and the desalination plant were replaced.

Insurance:
- There are valid insurance contracts for the vessel, crew and passengers for navigation in the Black and Mediterranean Seas, and an extension of insurance for work in the Seychelles has been agreed upon.

Mooring:
- A contract was concluded for a one-year berth and repairs at Oren Marina (Türkiye).

Sail:
- Classic mainsail, lazy bag & lazy jack, furling jib (sails certified for another 2 years in 2022), electric and mechanical winches, boom and jib straps.

Cabins:
- 4 cabins with double beds, air conditioning and fans, their own electric toilets and showers, two bow cabins (the right one will be additionally equipped with storage, ventilation and power supply systems in 2022).

Recreation areas:
- aft cockpit with a large table, a folding platform, a ladder for launching into the water (expanded in 2023) and a hot shower, a hanging (folding) ladder, fans, a video projector, audio speakers;
- a saloon with air conditioning and fans, a large table (in 2023 the table was transformed into a bed), an MP3 USB radio player;
- kitchen with gas stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, gas and electric kettles, 500 liter refrigerator (replaced in 2022), freezer, ice maker, 2 gas cylinders for cooking, a full set of dishes (new dishes purchased in 2022);
- curtains on the windows, sun awnings for the company cabins and the aft cockpit,
- bow lounge area (cockpit);
- flybridge with two lounge areas, bimini awning and sprayhood. In 2022, additional electrics (12 and 220 V) were installed on the flybridge and cockpit;
- soft mattresses in waterproof covers on the bow and stern cockpit and flybridge.

Engines and equipment:
- Two 50 hp engines, standard propellers;
- Fuel tanks 800 l (2x400);
- Diesel generator ONAN 14 kW (battery replaced in 2023);
-Solar panels 400 W, charger, shore cable;
- Increased sound insulation of the diesel generator and engine compartments;
- Inverter 220/12 V, sockets 12V, sockets 220V in each cabin;
- Portable flashlights;
- Hot water boiler;
- Desalination plant for 180 liters/hour;
- Black water tanks 250 l (in 2022, the fan system was completely replaced, black water tanks were replaced with 2x125 instead of 2x60 l, old tanks were repaired).

Electronics:
- Stationary VHF radio station, hand-held VHF radio station;
- GPS, compass, chartplotter, autopilot, AIS, Lot/Lag, wind meter, SART (SART), radar reflector, Inmarsat;
- Navigation maps/tools.

Safety:
- First aid kit;
- Electric and manual drainage pumps;
- 12 fire extinguishers in cabins, bow and stern cockpits;
- Rubber boat (dinghi) 2022 with outboard motor 9.9 hp;
- 12 life jackets for adults and children, self-inflating life jackets for crew work;
- Main and spare life rafts;
- Lifebuoys, floating line;
- Storm harness;
- Floating fire, smoke bomb, box with pyrotechnics;
- Emergency tiller;
- In 2023, additional stainless handrails and supports were installed on the flybridge (in case of storms).

- Main anchor 27 kg, electric anchor winch, anchor chain 80 m (cleaned, galvanized and marked in 2023), second anchor;
- A set of spare parts for a long journey and for quick repairs (gaskets, filters, pumps, majorators, repair kits for engines, sails and dinghies, etc.).
